What our clients say...

"Brilliant, can’t praise them enough, if you’ve got a problem these guys will sort you out!"

Kerry Y

"I managed to get into the 2016 London Marathon, during my training I suffered from a number of lower leg injuries including shin splints and tibialis anterior strain. After a recommendation, I contacted Adam who after an initial consultation diagnosed straight away what the issues were, he preceeded to work on the affected area including acupuncture and sent me away with exercises to do at home. After the first session, the area felt better and after a further 3 sessions the pain had subsided and I was able to manage the issues by stretching / self massage at home. Adam has a calm way about him and you are under no doubt that he knows his stuff! With his reassurance and skills I had the confidence and legs to get to the finish line, before which I doubted I ever would!"

Richard Koeltgen

"Excellent treatment, which hits the right spots and sorts them out! Adam and Alex are really easy to talk to and most importantly really listen to what you are saying!"

Chris S

"Adam has been great giving me treatment before the game with massage, releasing pain in my back and shoulders getting my body ready to go through a tough game of Rugby League. After the game he is great at giving me treatment and advice on how to manage my body. He has good knowledge and understands my specific body needs."

Lewis Reece
Steelworker, Professional Rugby League Player and Wales International

"Having played 15 years of top flight professional rugby whilst also experiencing the severe wear and tear placed on the body day in day out throughout the season. The physio soon becomes a key figure in the player’s career / future mainly as they spend most of their times running repairs on you throughout the season. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Adam when I decided to come out of retirement playing for Cinderford rugby club, he has certainly earned his money helping put me back together literally. Adams knowledge and professional approach has allowed me to continue enjoying my extended career coming out of retirement whilst still being able to play the game which has given me so much. Thanks again Adam."

Adam Balding

"Alex is extremely skilled at ascertaining the root cause of my injuries and has worked on my bottom, ankle and shoulders. Alex clearly describes the exercises I need to perform between visits. I now go for a regular maintenance appointments which keep me free from my aches and pains and this encourages me to do the prescribed exercises in between appointments. Alex is a charming, cheerful and friendly individual who always put me at ease on my appointments. Farr Physiotherapy is performing strict COVID measures and I feel very safe there. There is ample parking at Highnam Business Centre where they are based."

Gill
Age 62

"I have been struggling with an incredibly sore shoulder for sometime before I sought help. I saw Alex who immediately recognised my problem. With a combination of massage, acupuncture and exercises to do at home, the difference in a few short weeks has been remarkable and I am so thankful. I am able to sleep properly again and do normal, simple things (like brush my hair!) without pain. Huge thanks."

Juliet

"Brilliant treatment in a cosy environment. Really impressed."
